2. Service Scope
Royal Home Spa provides professional massage and wellness services at the client’s chosen location (home, hotel, apartment, or villa) across:
- Dubai (150+ areas)
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain
- Fujairah
Service availability depends on therapist proximity, traffic, and area accessibility.
3. Eligibility
To book Royal Home Spa services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate booking information
- Have legal authority over the booking location
- Be physically and mentally capable of receiving massage therapy
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect the session
Bookings made on behalf of minors require guardian presence and consent throughout the session.
4. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when Royal Home Spa sends a written confirmation with therapist details, ETA, and total price.
Verbal mentions, social media comments, or unanswered messages do not constitute a confirmed booking.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing Terms:
- All prices listed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
- Single sessions: AED 400-2,400 depending on type and duration
- Subscription plans: AED 1,400 – 4,800 monthly
- VAT included where applicable
Payment Methods Accepted:
- Cash (paid to therapist after session)
- Credit/debit card (portable machine carried by therapist)
- Bank transfer
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Subscription auto-debit
Payment Timing: Payment is collected after the session unless explicitly agreed otherwise (corporate events, subscriptions, gift vouchers).
Price Changes: Royal Home Spa reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings honor the quoted price.
6. Therapist Conduct & Client Conduct
Our Therapists Will:
- Arrive on time in professional uniform
- Carry licensed identification
- Use clean, single-use linens and sanitized equipment
- Respect client modesty and personal space
- Deliver only the booked service
Clients Are Expected To:
- Provide a clean, safe, private space for the session
- Treat therapists with respect at all times
- Be physically present at the booking location
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances
- Wear appropriate undergarments
- Not request or imply any non-professional service
Strict No-Tolerance Policy: Royal Home Spa operates strictly as a professional wellness service. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, suggestive language, or requests for non-professional services will result in:
- Immediate termination of the session
- Full session charge applied
- Permanent ban from future bookings
- Report to relevant UAE authorities if necessary
Therapists have the right to leave any session where they feel unsafe or disrespected.
7. Health & Safety
Medical Disclosure You must inform us before booking if you have:
- Pregnancy (first trimester clearance required)
- Recent surgeries or injuries
- Skin conditions (open wounds, infections, contagious conditions)
- Heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or blood clots
- Cancer or undergoing chemotherapy
- Allergies to oils, scents, or ingredients
- Any medication affecting circulation or sensitivity
Royal Home Spa is not a medical service. Our massage does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Consult a licensed doctor for medical advice.
Liability Waiver By booking, you acknowledge that massage therapy carries inherent risks and you accept full responsibility for any pre-existing conditions you fail to disclose.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Summary:
- Free cancellation: 2+ hours before
- Late cancellation: AED 100 admin fee
- No-show: full charge
- Therapist no-show: 100% refund

9. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
- Unused sessions do not roll over unless pre-approved
- Sessions are non-transferable to other people
- 7-day full refund window for new subscribers
- Cancellation requires 7 days notice before renewal date
- Pause option available twice per year
10. Intellectual Property
All content on homemassageservicedubai.com — including text, images, logos, branding, design, code, blog posts, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Royal Home Spa.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission
- Use our brand name, logo, or visuals commercially

You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Home Spa, its owners, employees, and therapists harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

- Your misuse of our services or website
- Your false or misleading booking information
- Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
14. Force Majeure
Royal Home Spa is not liable for service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, sandstorms
- Government restrictions, curfews, lockdowns
- Public health emergencies
- Infrastructure failures (power, internet, road closures)
- Civil unrest or political events
- Pandemics or epidemics
Rescheduling will be offered free of charge where possible.
